Best Motivation

I am starting back at the gym today as well as my diet. I am trying to bulk up around the tune of 15 lbs. I have done cycles in the past and then was out of the game for about 2 years. I had some personal issues that I had to deal with and now with all of that behind me I am ready to get back into shape. I am 6'4 225lbs about 10%bf. I am cycling M1T and creat. Looking to get back to around 240. My question is what do you guys use for motivation. Lately for me it has been the mirror, and not liking what I see. I am looking foward to my workout today. I can finally concentrate without all of the personal drama to worry about. I have herd of great results with M1T. If I keep my cal around 4500/day with protein around 350g/day what would be the results. Some have compared it to d-bol. Can anyone confirm this b/c I used d-bol in the past and it was awsome the size and pumps. Any motivitational words or advcice would be great.

It is difficult getting back into sitride, but you just have to want it bad enough to want to get to your goals.
I think diet will be the big driver here- the supps are icing on the cake. Do you gain BF easily?
 
Hey bro thanks for the kind words. I am what I would call a hard gainer. I put on a little bf when I bulk but I try to eat very clean. Any experience with the sups I mentioned?

welcome back killer!!! If you wanna pack on size man I would highly suggest putting A LOT of carbs into your diet and some fat.

I would not at all classify you as a hard gainer if you're eating clean all the time. In fact, that may be your biggest problem with adding size. I dont know if you're on to be self conscious about your bodyfat, but if you are not then add more carbs and some fats to your diet. Add some simple carbs in there too, not just complex carbs.

I never....ever....watch what I eat in terms of carbs or fats unless its summer time. Even then I don't change much. I may drop some calories and get on a treadmill just to tighten things up a little.

Another thing...dont do cardio. Ever. Not during your bulking phase. You want all those calories to be used for gaining muscle.

Right now I'm 25yrs old.....5'8" 225lbs at about 7% bf. I know what works for me and I know how to pack on the size fast.

What motivates me the most is just the desire to be more than the average guy.

Who wants to be average?
 
That is great advice Zylo, This first week back in the gym and me keeping to my diet has had me feeling so positive. I am taking a new approach, just concentrating on today, trying not to let what is beyond today distract me from what needs to be done!!!
 
i get motivated intrinsically. i picture the benefits my body will have and that is almost enough for me (that and the looks on the beach):cool:
 
My motivation is to be the strongest mofo in the house. I may not be the biggest cause i'm too damn short but i can sure as hell be the strongest. I've been working at it for about 4 years and i'm still not there yet.
