Amino Acids(BCAA's)

Hey guys,

I just picked up some BCAA's. How effective are these you think. Considering I do Am Cardio, and Pm lifting. You think I need Glutamien also. Just want to hear some of your reactions.
 
They are all effective, caz there the most abundant for muscle growth and recovery... I need to start using them again, caz they essential for the protein synthesis...Glutamine will give you energy for your muscle....Thus bring more oxygen to the muscle tissue...
 
it should help alot, make sure you drink a lot of water so that it can be distributed evenly in your whole body...Good luck with it man...
 
BCAA's are great for our arsenal and should be taken but glutamine is a MUST..it will speed up recovery etc..great stuff and i noticed a difference when i used it
