yeah I have no problem getting the milk thistle I get the german stuff it comes in dark brown bottle and you can just go to a health food store for it, it also comes in concentrated drops, but you have to watch how much you take, if you take too much you will start shitting like a champ

Milk Thistle is fine

4AD is going to be illegal in the USA early January '05
But for now, you can still get it.

If you're in another country, I'm not sure.
