Beginners first cycle HELP

Im wanting to juice it up, Ive made up my mind to go with D-Bol, I can finnd it pretty easy. Im still just hung up on what exactly to take with it? Any Help? Im trying to stay needle free, and I want to cycle the D-Bol for about 5 weeks, then get on something else, I plan on taking Nolv. with the D-Bol, any suggestions? Im only wanting to gaind maybe 12-15 lbs. And be able to keep most of it afterwards. Any Help would be great!
 
Ok sorry to laugh bro but this is funny, you said "ONLY" gain 12-15 pounds,lol, man thats a shitload of weight to gain for anyone novice or advaced, and you wont keep any of your gains from a dbol only cycle let alone all of it, if anything at all over the 5 weeks you might gain 2-3 pounds of lean musclemass if ur lucky, and I am not laughing at ya bro, cuase thats what we are here for, to help and guide ya right and keep ya from harms way

but no way should you do dbol, personaly i think its worthless compound
 
you can gain 10-15# with d-bol and then when you stop takin it you will literally piss the gains away..if your gonna take your liftin to the next level jump in wiht both feet...and hows your diet?
 
Its cool Presser! My diet is good, I eat subway ALOT!I take in about 3500 cals a day. Lots of shakes, I get my share pf protein, thats why Ive taken the liking to Dbol, and well, its easily available! I weigh 188 and have a 36" waiste, Im 6'0. Ive seen plenty of people gain 10lbs off d bol, keep most of it with d bol ALONE, I was wanting to take something with it, Anavar maybe? Ive heard lots of good talk of Oxyvar(sp)? What is this? Any other suggestions would be great.
 
1 oral is hard enough on ur liver and insides in gneral let alone using 2 orals bro, I advise against 2 orals bro, the gains from dbol are garbage bro unless stacked with other injectables and even then I say dbol is garbage, its a kids drug man, slow and steady gains are the ones that will yield the best results in terms of keepable lean muscle mass, and the ones you say gained 10lbs and kept most of it may have kept it, but i can say with 100% certainty that the gains they kept werent lean muscle mass, if it were that easy we would all be pro bodybuilders, i think if u decide ur going to juice wich i dont advise either way , that you use an injectable form, and again I do not advise gear use at all, i only offer this advise if ur already decided on what ur going to do, so i can further assist you from screwing ur body up

ohh and eat more cals and eat cleaner...eat about 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of weight...clean up the diet though bud,36in waist for 188pounder is big,i am 217 or so and 33inch waist and i want it lower but fuck it its winter and i wanna bulk LOL

D-Bol is so widely talked about and used by a lot of people but what is never mentioned are that most of the gains are water retention...if your that serious in juicing...you should read more or ask what specific AS do and how more substantial and permenant gains might be achieved. I personally have seen some people, mostly first time users gain 15 - 30 lbs on a D-Bol only cycle but IMHO D-Bol alone isn't something i would even consider a cycle and those gains were short lived and like Presser said they were pissed away in the blink of an eye. If your afraid of pins then you might consider going natural and trying nothing but supplaments and following a very strict diet copmbined with lots of training. You can get the same results as you would in the end using D-Bol by it self except you will have gained more lean muscle mass. I started on a deca/test-e/D-Bol stack oh so long ago and was pleased with my results but if i could go back i would even have done that different. If you made up your mind to juice so be it but educate your self more on what type of gains you really want to achieve and what specific AS can do to help you reach those goals.

Nah man, I DO have a 36" waiste, a few years back I weighed 230, all flab. Went from a 42" waiste down to a 36" I think that is a good drop! My diet, is well, OK. I dont eat a lot of junk, I prolly eat 3 sandwhiches a day, everyday. Scoring about 35 grams of protein a sandwhich. Its not a fear of needles, I just think that oral would be more maintenance free. Isnt there a form of Winnie thats oral now? What have yall heard about the liquid form of d-bol, taken orally?
 
Dude, thats not ALL I EAT, thats + all my other food I take in. Lunch, dinner, breakfeast, in between I eat a tuna, chicken, ham sandwhich. I get close to 3500 cals and 250gs of protein, only drink water and shakes.
 
up your protein to over 300 grams.

Orals being maintenance free? How many women forget to take their pill. Orals have short halflives and require(well somewhat) that you take them at the proper intervals. VS. weekly or bi-weekly shots.
 
I have doing a d-bol cycle now and i was at 205 and now am at 230lbs almost done tomorrow with the cycle and am gonna start with the pct with clen, tribulus and clomid, my point is that i have gained alot and mostly water, but i got stronger and lifting the heaviest i have ever, i could barely lift 185 for 8 reps, but i have upgrades my lifting tremedeously to 231 in less than two months, not alone the bench, but squats are up from 185 to 245 for 6 reps, many other body parts... and let alone to funny part is that i started at 10mg/day for two weeks then to 15mg/day for two weeks and then 20mg/day for a weeks and then 15mg/day for a week and then 10mg/day for a week and then 5mg/day for a week and that ends tomorrow... I know am gonna lose some but am working hard to maintain the most i can with clen and clomid... So overall from my experience with d-bol only cycle has been good just my opinion.... but now since i have my experience, am goona move in to more better cycle. something like Eq/test/d-bol to jump start the cycle.. The other point is that i haven't seen any side caz i was using it at a low dosage but i don't know, so may be i will have some sides or not at all, but i wil more update of how the pct goes and how much i will lose and keep....... Any inputs, advice, suggestion are welcome....thanks Bros
 
southern comfort congrats on the work ya put in to lose the weight bud,now do me a favor post your whole actual diet,i guarentee that with some tweakin we can drop your waist size and add some nice lean muslce...and from the sounds of it you need to do alot more research on aas in general,winni was an oral beofre it was a injectable.its a 17aa as is d-bol etc..

Sure thing man, thats why Im hear asking questions before I go out and spend 500$ and/or hurt myself. This might not EXACTLY be a 7 day a week example but at least 4 days a week this is pretty accurate. So far today I started off with 4 hard boiled eggs mixed with "enough" mayonaise to keep it moiste, 2 hrs later before the gym I ate 5oz of beef jerky and a 55cent pack of peanuts from the machine, shake and ham sandwhich after the gym, tuna sandwhich 2 hrs later, got home ate another ham sandwhich and a yogurt, and fixing to turn the 8oz flank steak leftover from last night into steak and eggs. MAYBE just MAYBE i might kill another yogurt before bed, if i dont feel like cranking up the blender and making a shake, might just drink 16oz of milk depends... now this isnt EVERYDAY, everday varies, but on EVERY work ot day I take in this load, weekends are another story, not as MUCH food or as HEALTHY of food, but the weekens cant be killing me. I work at UPS i figure i burn about 250 cals. a night in there. WHATDAYATHNK?
 
IP please set this man up with a diet...

So Co...you need to work on your dieting and training...you could make some solid gains with naty supps like animal pak and animal stak 2 very very easily with just adjusting your diet....

Too much sugar in the yogurts and too many incomplete carbs....

i say a day should look something like this
meal 1 8 egg whites 2 yokes, 5 oz flank, and 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal 2 8 oz chicken (can be in the can too) 1/2 cup rice
meal 3 Double hamburger and chicken breast sandwich
meal 4 can tuna and salad
meal 5 shake 35-40 grams
pre workout animal pak, creatine, piece toast and peanut butter (natural kind, NOT JIFF!)
post workout shake 60-80 grams
meal 8 chicken, steak, tuna, salad, rice, something like that
before bed snack (1 hour before bed)
Maybe another shake or 1/4 cup cashews with two flax seed tabs and two cups of skim milk..

Things can be moved and adjusted for bulking or leaning out
If using gear or anything...get a shake post workout with about 600-900 calories...JMO
