does anyone know how much weight that i can loss by taking cytomel if i weigh 270 pounds and body fat is 30%. working out 5 days a week, mainly cardio.

That all depends on what your diet is like.

Can you please give us a sample of what you eat every meal during the day including drinks.

You don't need T3.
If you clean up your diet you will lose fat from simply sitting on your ass watching TV.

T3 for you is a bad choice IMHO.

Try these simply guidelines:
1) eat 6 meals a day
2) eat lean meat AND fibrous vegetables with each meal
3) keep carbs to under 100grams a day and eat no simply sugars (except fruits).
4) keep fats at 50grams a day and of this a maximum 15 grams of saturated fats.
5) eat 300 grams of slow-digesting protein a day (no shakes, only meat/cottage cheese, etc.)
6) keep exercising, try a combination of weights and High intensity interval training.

I'm not trying to be a prick, but at a bodyfat percentage of 30 you just need to eat properly and you will lose fat CRAZY FAST.

bump....give the diet and moderate cardio a shot for a couple months, then when things platue consider ECA and other thermos. T3 isn't needed now.

bump, 30%bf is accumalated over years of bad dieting, if you gained it in a longer time youre not gonna lose it in a day. Try to clean up the diet as stated above, you will not need to add any other drugs for you to see results!!!

I'd agree with Archaic however I would toss in the T3 at about 12.5 mcg e.d for the first wk, pay attention to your body temp. Then take 25mcg starting the second week and stay on for as long as you like then when getting off come off the same way you went on except take 12.5mcg for 2 wks. This will stabilize your T3 and prevent burnout.

You'll experience a higher T3 output when done b/c your more healthy, more muscle, less fat and studies prove that when done with a T3 cycle your body actually produces more than it did before you started using it (if done properly like I suggested).

You'll need to work to maintain that bodyweight though so don't think you can go back to your old ways or eating.
