post cycle therapy for m1t-4ad

i have some clomid from the past which the dates are still good so im gonna use it when i start my m1t-4ad cycle.i dont know if i have enough though so i wanted to know the proper dosage and timing for when i come off. also i see theres alot of anti-e's that you can buy online now are they as good as nolvadex which i definitely need .i did a test,deca,dbol in the past and got itchy nips so wanna have sometihing in hand . thanks guys
