Thank you again for the advice, and once again I am sorry abuot my first post! To explain, I meant that I was taking 5000 calories WITH shakes, not just eating. I have a mixture called russian bear that has 5000 calories per shake (which also takes about a galon of water to dilute), so it takes me all day to drink ONE shake. Post cardio I should be doing something, but dont have the room to take anymore food or shakes. The human stomach is only so big! My goal is to weight 185 standing at 6'1" or 6'0" whichever I am! After last nights weigh in I feel its a big struggle. I weighed in last night at 172 which is about 6 lbs lighter than usual becasue of the intense boxing program I am in. I do not want 10 lbs of fat to my body, rather 10 lbs of lean mass, and affter reading last night, I see its usually a 50/50 split between water weight and lean mass. Meaning for every 20 lbs of water weight you put on you can weight train to turn it into lean mass with the right diets and exercise. It is very hard to put it on for me. The cardio in a boxing program takes it all away. I walk into the gym dry and walk out soaking wet! I also drink about 6-8 cups of water a day to sustain the hydration level in my body. I mean with all the shakes and everything else I dont want to stand over the toilet looking good! Let me know any suggestions. I dont know if anyone else here has this problem with putting on weight or not. If you do please respond, feel free to email me too! Thanks again IRISHPRIDE AND ZYLO AND WHEELZ! I appreciate you not jumping on me anymore.
