Ephedrine doses?

I've got some Ephedrine in 25mg. tablets and wondering what a good dose is. I was thinking of taking 3 or 4 a day split up throughout the day and trying not to take any too late to keep from not being able to fall asleep...

what's the effective dose for weight loss?

25mg X 3 is average. Take 200 mg of caffiene and 300 mg of asprin with each dose, really effective fat burning combo. I would not take any after about 5pm or so.

thanks guys, I've got 325mg tabs of Aspirin and I'm out of caffeine at the moment so I've been taking them with a cup of tea for the caffeine... I think they're getting absorbed faster that way anyway.

Make sure you split those asparins in half atleast it is way to much asparin to take at once cuase i have same asparins and i had to start breaking em in half then i take 75-100mg ephedrine and 800-1,000 mg of caffien all at once 2 times a day, i know its alot but 1 or 2 ephedrine dont do jack doo doo for me and either does anything under 800mg of caffiene

Damn presser thats a lot, so do stacker 3's not work for you either? Must have taken them for a while to get used to that.

Mikeswift- I dont know what kind of tea ur drinkin but I doubt it has 200 mgs of caffeine, you can probably pick them up at 7-11 or circle K whatever convenience store u have.

I would add grefruit extract to the combo. it will help greatly to aid in fat loss.

I guess i should tell you why: the grapfruit extract will make the supps breakdown slower allowing you to avoid the sides

Heh, if I were to take that much ephedrine, 2 scenario's could happen:

1) I would die
2) I would kill somebody from wiggin' out!

My scenario after taking that much ephedrine would be die first, the resurrect from heart still pounding like hell and then eventually pass out nicely....that's hell of ephedrine but i bet you are used to it....lol

I would break it up and take the ECA 3 to even 4 times a day. I wouldnt take that much in one dose, or at leasdt work up to it and see how your body reacts. I usually take 50mg of pure ephedrine HCL or Sulfate at one time and no more and do that 3X day with caffeine, aspirin, and grapefruit extract.
