Please Help, DNP, T3, etc Question and Advice

Ok guys I thinking about running DNP for a couple of weeks in the middle of my T3 cycle. Is this a good idea?? Should I wait till the end of the T3 cycle?? I Heard DNP blocks T3 so I wanted to run in the middle cause I didnt want to suppress it even more when I am trying to come off the T3 for few of rebounding. What do you guys think? Also is DNP dangerous to others around me???? LIke family, kids etc?? I mean since you sweat it out, do you breath the fumes?? Thanks for the help guys
 
What is your diet like bro' ?

I'd like to see a sample of that before helping you further with your supplements.

But if you're lookn' for advice only and don't care about diet......

I haven't ever, nor do I plan to use DNP, but do not think it would be wise to run it with T3 or other Thermogenics or fatburners etc.

Maybe some more experienced vets can offer some solid advice.
 
Hey Zylo, thanks for the advice bro. Heres the diet breakdown.....

Weight 221
height 5ft 9in
BF ... tested today 12.8 % Fat boy LOL
500mg of Test Enthanate weekly
T3 50mcg daily right now
ECA twice a day
diet is at 2100 calories a day
40 to 45 % protein
20 to 25% carb
20 to 30 % Fat
Eat 6 times a day

Been dieting for about 3 or so months now. The biggest prob. I have is that I cant do any cardio at all, cause I broke me lower leg and also have a stress fracture in the other. So i have had to lower my calories to compensate. Its worked really well, except its taking forever.

I have used DNP before and it worked well, but sucked to be on it. I have 15pounds more to loose and I am afraid I will be out of the T3 before I get there and I know i wont loose a pound when I cycle off that. . BTW I hit the weights 5 days a week in the mornings. Thanks for any help you can give.
