alternatives to canned tuna

personally i cant stand the taste, consistency, or smell of tuna...i simply cant do it, despite how it is prepared. if you are like me, you want to choke down a can of something with a lot of protein quickly.

here is the solution i found...most maybe already know about it. canned 100% white meat chicken breast.

Berkley and Jensen (chicken breast) (packed in water)

per can (big can)- 12.5 oz.
-fat: 2.5g
-carbs: 0g
-protein: 65g

it doesnt taste good, but it gets the job done. i usually drain it thoroughly and heat it up for 40 sec. and pour some salt and pepper on it.

hope this helps....

we have a thread on here someplace if u run it through our search fields, "bagged or bag of tuna" its suppose to be great! and already dryed out with not alot of that nasty smelling tuna water

personaly i hate tuna I eat albacore only when I opt to use any type of fish

Why not try canned turkey or canned chicken?

thats what i was talking about in the original post, you know, alternatives to cannned tuna...i found canned chicken it about the best, the canned turkey just scares me. there is also canned ham, but that is kinda scary too.

that shit makes me sick. i was in a scavenger hunt thing at college and one of the stages was doing stupid dares. one guy in my team had to eat a whole can of turkey spam, took him like an hour. the smell of it was making me sick. he says it tasted like tuna.
