cardio & bulking

Im about to run a M1T cycle starting on Mon. I was wandering how much, if any cardio I should be running. I usually get in about 25 mins a day 3x a week. Is that too much while trying to bulk, or not enough? Last time I did a lot of cardio on an andro stack I didnt get too well of gains. All I want to do is burn a little fat while my body is gaining good mass. Any help would be great!

personally, while your on that m1t cycle, i would simply let the cycle work its magic. if you eat, eat, eat, you will surely put on the mass that you want. yet if you mix it with cardio, you will be somewhat defeating your own purpose. i guess it depends on what you are trying to accomplish. if you want to bulk, do the cycle and eat like an animal, if you want to cut, then mix it with moderate cardio...but dont expect the big gains with cardio.

either you want to bulk OR cut...its up to you bro. good luck with the m1t, that shit is great.

post your progress, we love to see results.

For me, I would leave that amount of cardio in there. I don't know your body type, but I am an endo and I never completely drop cardio from a bulking cycle.

Thanks guys, MMX, trust me when I say I honestly need to loose about 10lbs of solid FAT! All around my hips and lower lats, I cant seem to get rid of it to save my life! I think my waiste is as small is it is ever going to get, my hips have no fat on them, but the love handles are loaded. I just figured, if everything up top GREW it would make my mid section look smaller, which is true. Ive got a 43in chest now, with a 36in waiste. After this cycle I might run some ephedrine for a little while to try to burn off a little more fat, you knows!

I would not really go balls to the wall on cardio till at least 5 weeks after your bulk cycle. At that point you can also modify your diet, reduce carbs, etc.

It all depends. You say you need to lose that fat. I'd bump up the cardio to 45 minutes 3X's a week. Also, it's tough to buld huge quads if you run that much. A very brisk walk may be enough.

IMO, you have to consider the basics of anabolics, nervous energy limitations, your own bio/physio makeup.
Generally, for me, I can't gain too much w/cardio during a bulker phase. Takes too much energy. I lift as heavy as I safely can.
If properly done, PCT and "time off" should suffice in cutting and cardio health in general.
