Heh, I have already posted like 10 times and not even said hello yet.lol This board rocks...I found this board initially while reseacrhing the joint miracle drug Adequan. That lead me to a killa thread on Adequan here. I have been reading the boards now for about 3 years and posting for about 1 1/2 years. I mainly am at intense-training.com among the many boards I frequent. I have been pumping iron for 26 years, and hope I can help with others questions here and look for many answers myself.lol Oh well...sorry for writing a book...just wanted to say hello and give ya a quick take on myself.
