hey guy's quick question.my girlfriend want to take clen w/ cardio.she dosent do alot of heavy weight lifting,just toning.

here is my question....is it wise/safe to do heavy cardio with the use of clen.she runs her ass off.i just don't want here to have a heart attack or somethimg.
also,while i'm here,can i get a dosage breakdown in mg instead of mcg.i bought the liquid form,and all i found was directions for pill form.thanks
 
takin mgs of clen would not be wise..its in mcgs for a reason..1000mcgs is a mg..that would most likely end in a heart attack...
 
Damn 1000mcg's now that's what I like to call a clen-ache!! Talk about some shakes..whew.

Seriously woody it would be okay for your girl to use clen at a reasonable dose. Start her at maybe 20mcg a day (1tab) depends on how strong the liquid is but if it's 200mcg/ml then it would be 10 IU's on an insulin syringe to = 20mcg's. Go up slowly like 10mcg's e.d for 2wks then topping out at the most 200mcg's e.d. Then let her get off and maybe substitute an E.C.A stack for the 'off' wk.

My g/f used to use it with great success. The clen will make the heart race in the beggining but it will also allow better breathing and 02 (oxygen) utilization.
 
I personaly wouldnt start a female let alone a male on 20mcgs per dose, thats just my opinion and I am not saying proud is wrong at al but i would think 5-10mcgs would be an ample amount to start with to see whats tolerable while working at the same time
 
Yeah, I start at 25mcgs per day at 220lbs, so you may start her at 12.5mcg's the first couple of days, and then move her up to 25mcgs. Try a taper like this IMO....

12.5,12.5,12.5, 25,25,25,50,50,25,25,25,12.5,12.5, 12.5

two weeks on, two week off, DO NOT USE Ephedra products at the same time, that will cause a heart attack.

If I remember right the 1/2 life of clen is about 30 hours, so each day will build on the last, do not move up too quickly. Likewise do not take ephedra product the day after the last dose, because it is still in your system.

Now, what most find effective is clen 2 weeks, ECA stack 2 weeks along with proper diet and cardio the results can be amazing.
