I need to get back in shape! Used to work out HARD 6 days a week, Now I am turning into a butterball. I am tired of the love handles and I currently own a 4 pack Does anyone have a meal and exercise plan to really hit the abs that wont kill me or leave me with a broken back?

I have a constant craving for sugar I need to get around. I currently have a Gym membership at LA Fitness, and I tried a trainer who kicked my ass the first session so bad I could barely walk for three days.
What suplements should I start taking now that will help speed up the process?? Ripped Fuel? Hydroxycut?
