I need to get back in shape! Used to work out HARD 6 days a week, Now I am turning into a butterball. I am tired of the love handles and I currently own a 4 pack:p Does anyone have a meal and exercise plan to really hit the abs that wont kill me or leave me with a broken back?

I am 29, 5' 11" tall, around 180lbs

I have a constant craving for sugar I need to get around. I currently have a Gym membership at LA Fitness, and I tried a trainer who kicked my ass the first session so bad I could barely walk for three days.

What suplements should I start taking now that will help speed up the process?? Ripped Fuel? Hydroxycut?

Thanks

abs

you have the abs already so that nothing to worry about its the fat that needs to come off....all about nutrition that will lead do you six pack... Just list what you eat and how many meals and your stats.

Sound diet, cardio, cardio and more cardio. You can do 10000 crunches a day but if you still have too much bf you will still never see your abs. Also, you may have burnt out on 6 days/ew. You do _not_ need to hit it that much...assuming you are talking about the weights of course. Kick the weights 4 days a week...this will give you muscle...more muscle will increase your resting metabolic rate, hence, fat burning machine. Start out on cardio at 20-30 mins, 4 days/ew and work your way up to 45 mins, 5-6/ew. At 5'11, you really don't sound like you are _that_ overweight(butterball) at only 180 lbs. Just keep your diet in check...you cannot be eating sweets everyday and expect to see results. Have 1 cheat day a week, but not like 10000 cals on that day...indulge but don't overdo it!lol Lastly, you can add in an ECA stack(Ripped Fuel, Hydroxycut, etc) to help speed up your metabolism and curb appetite. Follow the above regimen and it shouldn't take long before you see some good results.

:)

Forget the hydroxycut. Diet and hard work should be enough. But lets see what you have going on now in terms of your current workout.

Current workout is pretty weak, 3 days a week, 15 min's of Cardio to warm up, Rotate chest and arms 1st day, Back on 2nd, Legs on the third. I burn out or get bored so the workouts usually last only 20 minutes. I have a good metabolism, I eat fairly decent, No soda, Lean Cusines for lunch, Been skipping breakfast. High protien and veggies usually for dinner. I keep splurging at night with the damn Ben and Jerrys. That stuff has crack in it i swear. But I am willing to give it up.

Sounds like your main culprit is lack of determination. You say you get bored so your workouts only last 20 mins??? Don't mean to sound like an ass, but if you can't get your mind in it then you are wasting your time. Nobody said this game is ez...either you want it or you don't...simple as that.

I think its the hump I need to get over. Those first few days back in the Gym are always the hardest. I think I need a workout partner to help push me though. My mind is definately in it now. I just found out my wife is pregnant and I am opening a new business, Two tanning salons. I wnat to look the part, I am not fat right now, I just want to cut up and get a reasonable eat, and work out plan I can stick to.
