Yeah it is good to be back. I was working in a gym and I was putting about 50-60 hours a week on a 26,000 salary. I got fricken burned out. Everytime I was lifting people would bother me, or I would be home and have to go into work. I started to hate the gym. So I quit my job and got inot construction. More money and I look forward toi going to the gym. I took about a year off from the weights. I was doing some cardio walking the dogs, but it wasn't the same. I started lifting again about a month and half ago. I have put on about 25 pounds you have to love muscle memory.
