ecy and diets

25mg ephedrine hcl

i started an ecy stack on monday taking 1 of each 2x a day (to start). i don't usually do a lot of weight training but i do a 25 minute cardio(running/speed walking) 3days a week and high intensity steps w/weights for 20min 3 times a week (taking sunday off).
i am female 20 y/o about 136lbs 5'3".(not sure about bodyfat %) i am horrible at choosing the right foods for dieting and i was wondering if someone could give me some diet (and exercise) tips that could help boost my ecy stack.

most days i eat lowfat yogurt,1 or 2 apples, soup or antipasto salad, and dinner is usually an uncle ben's bowl or some form of pasta. i drink at least 48oz of water each day also. basically i am looking for a wider variety of highly nutritious foods that i can mix into my diet .
 
Eat high fiberous veggies like asparagus, broccoli, green beans, fresh spinach and protein from many different sources like salmon, tuna, chicken, eggs, etc. U could use oatmeal (old fashioned) for breakfast for carbs, use brown rice, wild rice, yams for carbs during the day. I would also have a carb cutoff point so that your not taking taking in carbs once your body has started to slow down for the night. I would up the water intake.
 
good info from the Fonz... I would also up your water intake as much as you can. It will help a lot with the weight loss and help curb some of the side effects of your ECY stack.

Try and do your cardio in the morning and dont be afraid to add some more weight training. building a little muscle will help you burn more calories ;)
 
my stack has been going well so far, the past few days tho, i have been at a loss for cardio because up here in maine we have had a few freezing rain/snow storms that resulted in a nice layer of slick ice on the sidewalks. i don't want to break my neck trying to go running in the morning so i am looking for a nice indoor cardio activity. i have been doing steps and jumping jacks inside but it doesn't seem like enough.
 
weighed in yesterday, i'm down 3 lbs from 136. everything's goin well (and the snow melted)yay! so now i'm back to running. i bought some 10lb weights yesterday, gonna buy a medicine ball this week. ecy is working out excellent!
 
Hello, i am pretty new here to.

I do most of my cardio on a treadmill but, i recently bought a cardio workout dvd. This is also alot more fun.
