Question on your body taking to a steroid...

Say one was at the point where a certain injection site or two is becoming nearly impossible to actually push the oil into the muscle. I'm talking where it takes a several minutes to be able to push in a couple of ml's. I'm talking where you're pushing so hard that it's leaving red and white indentions into the skin of your thumb just as the marks that are left on your wrists from your wrist wraps after deadlifting a bowed barbell full of 45's.

My question, is it going to take longer for the steroid to get into the system? One might be worried that it's taking so long for the body to take that one's levels would become inconsistant on an EOD cycle. I'm sure as hell that oil aint discipating quite as well as it once did.

And then, it's probably a safe assumption for one to say it's time to ditch those quads and give them a well-deserved break. Will time off make things better, or is that muscle so hardened from scar tissue and such that it's beyond any kind of repair that one's body could do on it's own?

I hope that the reason its so hard to push through is because the needle is too small for the compound.
I hope that your scar tissue is not that thick and dense, if so, quit injecting there immediately, go to someplace else.

damn i couldnt imagine that much scar tissue on my quads, lol,

I hear ya JW. I have to move up and down my quads to get a good spot where there is not scar tissue and even then I get a lump after injection because the oil is push around scar tissue or something like that. Thats a good question about the scar tissue going away. After my current cycle ends in a couple weeks, I'm going to start getting deep tissue message. A friend of mine told me that it helps break up that scar tissue so that it can heal. Of course there will be other benefits to the deep tissue massage, but that could be one. I won't know if it will actually work until my next cycle, around March, but I'll post up on this thread when I do test it out.

Yes, it will take a lot longer than normal for it to get into your body. I have to be careful of scar tissue building up since I'm on injections for the rest of my life. You'll definitely want to stop using that site for injections if it is scar tissue and not because the needle is too small as biggymrat said.

Sounds like it must be a lot of scar tissue then. My doctor told me I'd have to rotate inject sites often so the scar tissue wouldn't build up. If you can't press the plunger down because of a lot of resistance, and you are normally able to do it elsewhere, then you need to change inject sites.

Try 23guage. I've had problems with 25g on some oils, and with non-micronized winny, and suspension.

I think it's the pin. I have a hard time thinking you've got scar tissue all over your quads.
