All natural Peanut Butter

Where can I find some all natural peanut butter? I just sat down with half a jar of peanut butter and almost killed it, great on protein, terrible on sat. fat and cals... how much of a difference is natural peanut butter? Is too much bad? Are the cals all good in natty peanut butter?

Smuckers has a natural peanut butter. You also find it at stores like Whole Foods, Wild Oats, Sun Harvest in both the bulk food section and regular shelf. The natural has less sugar than the normal Jif, etc. and no hyrogenated oils but if you miss the sweetness you can add splenda to it.

Natural peanut butter
210 calories per 2 TBSP
16 g of fat
6g carbs
2g fiber
1g sugar (???)

regular peanut butter
200 calories per 2 TBSP
16g ffat
6g carbs
2g fiber
3g sugars

Regular Peanut Butter has oils & fats in it that are HORRIBLE for your health.

All natural peanut butter is much much healthier. Like mmx just posted, basically same calorie breakdown.

All Natty is just healthier for your body. One of those things that's good for you, but you can't see the difference. It's on the inside.

They serve that government PB in prision. I would like to know where to get that. That has to be one of their main protien sources.

Hell, I might need to get locked up for about 5 years. See if it might help me break this brick wall I have hit!!

I was going to buy some then I also noticed how much fat was in it. But as South Com. asked are these good fat grams?

FAT is GOOD FOR YOU. Healthy fats like omega 3,6,9, CLA, ALA, GLA, monounstaurated, and polyunsaturated fats are fine for the body and great to keep you full as well as give u energy.
