what kind of response do you think i will have after not being on gear since 87 jr nationals. i'am hoping body has gotten a lot of rest and should get abig jolt....my goal is to win masters nationals

bump, some stats and diet also, just cause you were in jr nats in 87 doesnt mean youre ready for gear now, just saying, for your health

masters nationals

you have 2 be over 40 for national masters,training has been off & on...5' 6" 220 10% b/f...still carry some size but nothing like i used...i'am 43... should take 2 years to get ready...6-8 months clean
