You have to just make yourself get up once you've been doing it for a couple days you'll get used to. Its the BEST time for fat burning.

Yes its possible but you could make it easier of yourself and do it in the morning.
 
so cardio empty stomach, will be more effective with the use of ECA or Ripped Fuel, or even Clen in the morning? Any suggestions on that...
