What's the best suppliment on the market??

There are so many suppliments on the market these days that it's hard to short through all the bullshit.

What have you guys found to be the best single product or products stacked together on the market today???

I've gotten away from using gear a little over a year ago and i don't plan on jumping back on any as cycles over the years have taken there toll.

I'm basically looking to put on some nice full muscle with not a lot of water or fatty weight... I would like something that gives me a nice hard pump and a boost of energy...

Animal Pack, is one of the most potent on the market. Can be purchase at most health and supplement stores.
 
The funny thing is i have a huge 40 packet container of animal pak and i just now realized it isn't just vitamins :p I tought it was like a multivitamin until i realized all the other stuff contained in it.
 
Whey Protein i would say is the best supplement if i had to narrow it down to one. And for soooooooo many years ppl were throwning it away not even knowing its potential.

But i would say, stacked would be creatine, glutamine, and BCAA's
 
Creatine for sure...I consider whey, and other protiens as food items.But creatine had (has) a dramatic effect for me.

Whey is a must, but your only limited by the amount of money your willing to spend when it comes to useful supplements things like:

NO2 Boosters
Citrullium Malate
Esterfied Creatine
Glutamine
ZMA
Whey Protein
Micellar Casein
Egg Albumin
Flax Seed Oil

All of these are excellent. So many people are trying to find some 1 magic pill that will make them inflate but their is no such thing. Not enough people experiment with protein powders, Micellar Casein is second only to Whey protein on my list. Also experiment with dosing, i'm using 50grams of glutamine and i've noticed quite favourable results :) I'd say the most important things are being consistent with meals, having a post workout shake with roughly 50% high glycemic carbs/ 50% whey protein along with creatine and glutamine, plus a shake before bed with Micellar Casein/ Whey, flax oil and glutamine. Combine this with solid nutrition and you'll see some nice gains. It's actually a fact that you grow 33% faster when you make sure you ingest a slow digesting protein before you sleep so your body does not feed off of your hard earned muscle mass.
 
If you want a hard pump and increased energy try some Esterfied Creatine, my brother is using it with great results. Unlike monohydrate, esterfied creatine doesn't give u that puffy look, it pulls all the water into your muscle bellys :) My brother has said that his endurance is up quite a bit, as is his recovery time, so i'm the only one walkin funny after leg days, lol
 
Whey all the way, creatine, glutamine for recovery, multi-vitamins, water,...it's funny how some supplements even in small quantity can contribute some positives to your body as well as your new hard earned muscles, but there are no magic pill actually there is one magic pill that i know of and it's simple,Eat,Eat, Eat clean, Train hard and Sleep, there is the magic pill IMHO...The way you eat,train and rest determines your gains....
 
Yeah modizzle i'd have to agree with you on that one, but i still like trying out the new supps :D I try new stuff like every month, lol
 
I cant narrow it down to just one. I believe the Animal Pak's, and the Whey Protien are both very important. I take both each and everyday..
