i have been bulking since when i started bodybuilding, and i have never tried cutting.and i wanna try to get ripped for vacation next year in china.i think girls dig ripped look rather then bulky look[fat]
anyways,is that possible to gain lean muscle with high protein, low carbs and low calories diet?? i think it just gain much slower than high protein, high carbs and high calories diet but quality lean mass? any suggestion........

You are correct-- its is very possible to gain muscle while cutting but it is difficult and you won't see the gains you look for in the bulking phases.

Well i would have to say on a calorie restricted diet you wont gain, youwont be eating enough. If you eat High Protein and medium to high HEALTHY FATS then you can gain but the then again you wont be on a calirie restricted diet. You would be on an ketogenic diet. Big Difference.

Interesting....IMO....the only way to gain on a calorie restricted diet would be assistance from AAS

so...you said "difficult" means...impossible to gain or just gain slower? right now..got two things in my mind, slow gain but lean mass and fast gain but smooth look[fat].....belly:(

Supplementation is goin to be a must while dieting down exp if you drop carbs cause your test levels will drop and that will cause your body to hold onto fat very easily.l

So would a simple prohormone such as Methyl-D be good to use while cutting? It would keep test. levels high and add leaner muscle. Id like to get on winny while cutting, but I know I can do it alone and would rather save my tolerance levels for something more difficult.

Personally I like to run test when I cut. Its simple and effective and can be taken with something else like tren or winny or EQ, etc. I couldnt tell ya about PH's cause I dont use them.

When most people try to do both, then inevitably end up half assing both.
Those more experienced can( they have trial and error on their side) You should focus on one or the other to be successful.
