help me out wit my workout plan

ok guys if im not at the gym wat exersice can i do at home with out weights that can help me?
 
you already have access to the football training facility right? work out there or join if that suits you better. Rest is very important so when you are at home just relax and eat your meals.
 
I dont understand the question. U wont piss positive for anything by taking it and it will help in recovery as well as strentgh gains
 
Creatine is great, and yes, use the gym at your school if that is what is available to you. You can do cardio at home like running or biking to keep fit while doing weights at school either before or after classes.

Did you have more questions about what kind of exercises to do at the gym?
 
yes. should i jus do butterflies ,calf raises, benching, squating,dip assest chin assest and leg press... is that good enough? if not tell me wat else i should do
 
What r ur goals??? You program should be tailored to meet your short as well as long term goals? R u working towards size, strentgh, speed, what???

Then we can direct you in what exercises you will need to incorporate.
