I am just getting around to posting some pics from this past fall. My contest pics did not come out- too dark but I may be able to find them on the net. I did do a shoot after the show and took some webcam pics before the show. So I will post them.
Weight was 181 this season- way too low from a season high of 245. I will also be posting some fat boy pics - from now. Currently in the 250's till the end of February....

MMX2 good work, looking really thick bro, The back is looking really defined, Keep up the good work bro...

I know what my opportunities are and I am working on those this season.
P.S that is not the suit I wore to the show- it had dream tan on it and I had to use another... the suit cut was different.

nice pics bro. what are you plans for this offseason?
To eat..... no just kidding....
My goal is not to lose so much muscle this year(I made a gamble this past season and dropped a weight class- it impacted placings as well from the year before). My weak points, which always have been arms and chest ,were made much more apparent because of it and the judges called me on it.
I also am having problems with find the right suit but I think I have corrected that.
I have two things working against me- my body type and age. I have a very large rib cage and therefore I really need to keep the mass gained in the offseason to balance out the lower part of the body. The second is age- at 39, the body is not so responsive as it was at 19. You can only help it along so much. I have found out that last part of the body to lose BF and hold water is my backside. It throws everything off and it makes it look unbalanced. I am incorporating a few new things like IGF this season(will be ordering that soon) to see if that will play positively in the mix. As everyone knows, getting ready for a show is like an ongoing lab experiment - you have to keep tinkering and find what it best for you. But I wanted to out myself out there so you guys would know that I am not talking out of my ass. :)

You look great at 39 years, I look forward to see how you do in your upcoming contest though I believe just stepping on the stage makes you a winner and Champion.

Good Luck!
