need some help on workout routine

k well i need really good workout plan, i usually do like tir's and bi's ,cest and shoulder, back and calfs, and legs, switched up every now and then, but i want a solid workout program, i want to bulk up fast as i can, even though it does take time, im takin b-12 to help out the process, if yall have any ideas ide preciate it, thanks a lot guys
 
not to knock ur program and I supose this is what you wanted anyhow but ur routine is weak in my opinin and not benefial to specific muscle groups, for instance there is no way in my opinion you should be doing chest and shoulders in the same work out , bi and tris maybe now and again but not that bad done together though i mix them up in different work outs as well,

I would do
quads,calfs and abs
chest and bi's or tris, abs calv
back and bi's or tris, abs , calv
hamstrings calv and abs
shoulders calf,abs

sometimes i will do tris and bis together and only do chest alon and back alone when training the bis and tris together for a period of time,
 
thans for the reply presser, and ive got another question for ya if thats ok, i am going to take b-12, would it hurt worse if i take in 2ml of b12 at one time compared to 1ml? i want to take more at one time so i wont have to take as many shots, what ya think?
 
o, i here people doing like 1000 a day, and every other day, just think itd be kinda wierd for them to take in 4-7000 mcg's a week and me only take in 1000, what u think?

and modizzle bro why would you suggest 1ml a week when u have no idea what the does is per ml or anything like that? just curious as to why you advised 1ml a week bro, thats all
 
presser, u think 2 shots a week of b-12 would work, with 2ml of it in each shot? and im taking it to increase me appite so i can gain weight and bulk up, and i dont weight that much thats why im not taking in like 8000mcgs's a week, what u think?
