Can I guess why you are considering bridging? For most guys it seems like the when they can't get the PCT right, you add more AS to make up for it. Just curious.
the most important thing to do pct and after your cycle is your diet. be even more anal and strict about your diet during pct and after yoru cycle is done and you;ll keep your gains. keep protein high and keep training smart and you;ll do good. thats most imporant.
