my aim is to become bigger and stronger and look good on the beach, ive just started training dc style and i feel my body is taking longer to recover from this style of training.
i was going to be doing 3 weeks of igf-1, prop, d-bol and proviron but i have to stay at work for 4 weeks this time and i only get 2 off so i dont know what the fuck to do about the cycle suppose it would be a complete waste of time doing only 2 weeks, maybe just go for the igf-1 for 2 weeks.
brutalI said:the reason i am training dc style is because i have had such a hard time gaining any strength and size , never getting paid for your hard work just makes no point in going to work. so ive tried lots of different styles, mike mentzer,arnold,ronnie colemans none of them have done much so im trying dc.
