I've noticed some post lately here and on other boards about some great strength gains and teh unbelievable amounts of strength some members are experiencing while using AS....remember bro's the most important thing is to set goals and build up to them. When on cycle you're gonna feel like you can lift the world on your shoulders but you have to properly stretch and strengthen the tendons and ligaments so that they can support the new growth otherwise you're heading down a road to injury and lots of time off trying to rebuild what you once had as well as repair it. Lift smart and be wise in order that you get the most out of your experience...Just my .02 i thought i would share with you all.......MdTnT

....and when i say stretch i'm not talking about pre workout stretching....

Good point and nice post. Sometimes we forget about that stuff. Also, maintain perfect form and technique. Some people get lazy on AAS and think they can lift any old way. Don't sway from the norm, especially in pressing movements. The shoulder is the most painful joint to injure and the hardest to recover. Leave your ego at the door and train smart, be healthy!! I feel like that was a line for a commercial!!
