cycle advice plz.

im at week 8 of a 16 week test/eq cycle but havent gained anything for the last 2 weeks.I was going to run tren/winny from 10-16 but dont know now.What do you think.Stop the cycle at week 10-12 or run the tren/winny?

i dont want to stay on another 8 weeks if im not going to gain.
 
HOWS YOUR DIET LOOK???? The number one reason why ppl stop gaining is b/c they dont up the Caloric intake enough while one and they get stagnant and stop growing. Also, how much sleep r u getting this is VERY important to??? There are many variables that could be keeping you from continuing to grow.
 
Agreed.. ned more info here and I guarantee its one of the things that Foz alluded to.
 
calorie intake is as it was at start of cycle.High protein,and low carb.Gained 14llbs(lean) so far and dropped b/f.Getting plenty of sleep too,regular-no stress.

You think i need to up my cals then?Dont you think that ive just maxed out for this cycle?

I could up the carbs but im trying not to gain as much fat as last cycle guys.Seems to have worked so far.:)

what d`you think?
 
5-10...210llbs,B/F around 12%(lean everywhere except abs)

Taking in approx 3500 cals.(330g protein,200carbs,100fats).

and my trainings in check too....not overdoing it.
 
Preceisely, your carb intake is too low to keep gaining. You said your eating the same as your did in the begining and you have to adjust your diet as you grow or you stop growing case in point.
 
o.k,ill up my carbs again this week.So do you think it`ll be worth running the tren/winny then?

Upping my carbs is going to start bloating me again....i was hoping to lean out some more towards the end of this cycle-but i`ll give it a go if you say its a good idea.

(p.s its my first time with tren)

What most ppl have to get over is that fact that your gonna put on some fat, get over it. Its a process, a means to an end.

yeah this is a good question....i was in a similar situation a while back....i started eating the shit out of oat meal because i needed more calories....worked like a charm....i was taking in 400-500g of protein a day and it still didnt produce the gains that i wanted it to......calories are vital....and since i only get 5hrs of sleep a night most times....i would have to say that calories are even more vital for me.....let us know how things are going

Hi bro,ive had to come off cycle.Decided to run prop/tren/dbol but the prop crippled me bad.I Couldnt even train coz i was too sore.Need to play around with a different recipe i think.

Upping the carbs worked a treat and i hit 220(not too much fat gain either).Bit pissed that i had to come off tbh coz i was still gaining,but im jumping straight back on after pct and doing a short,heavy 4 weeker.Cant wait
