Slin--good for some, not for others????

OK, I've read and searched about slin (and GH) and can't find enough info.

some people say that slin makes them fat, however pros use tons of it and just get huge. Are they taking it differently or taking something else with it (I guess if everyone really knew this no one would get fat from it, LOL)?

I'm just wondering. I'd like to take some slin and GH (when i get some cash together) but don't want to shell out a bunch of cash just to get fat. I could do that for $.99 at MacD's all day long.

Also, how long do you have to take GH? Some say to throw it in with a cycle. Others say you need to be on it for months at a time to see results (That's gotta be A LOT of cash). WHat's the consensus on this?

I have a buddy using some right now (I think 3ius/day), but he only has about 6 weeks worth I guess. He was asking me if he would get anythign from it, but i couldn't really give him an answer.

Well, you know what happens when you increase your insulin, right? If you didn't increase anything except insulin, you would quickly go into hypoglycemic shock because all the sugar in your blood would be emptied out. When insulin does its job, the body _prefers_ to store as fat, not that you can't get it to store as something else, because you can. If you keep your body from storing any excess as fat, then essentially you'd get nutrients crammed into something else--hopefully muscle. This is probably the trick that the pros know that you are referring to, after all, look at the huge amounts of food they eat. You'd probably have to eat like that if you were on a lot of insulin (among the other things they take).

You have to take hGH a long time before seeing any major results (on average 2-3 months if I remember right). hGH ultimately is broken down into IGF anyway and very expensive, so it is cheaper to just get IGF, not to mention the results are noticeable right away.

I've used slin before and wasn't too impressed. Honestly, it was never worth the time, energy, and danger of using it. I will say, however, I was probably at my biggest size of all time, but I was also on a cycle.

Know what you're getting into before starting it. It can potentially be dangerous.

Yeah i guy that i went to college with died from hypoglycemic shock. He was using slin and i guess he didn't cover it with enough glucose and just slipped into a coma and died. Sad.

He was HUGE, too. He was actually in M&F's annual college hardbodies or whatever it is.

ANyway, i know you have to take in sugar with it right away. I'm just wondering if pros are maybeing using something like metformin that increases your insulin sensitivity. ANyone know the chemistry behind that to know if it's possible?

As for the GH--It has to have other redeeming qualities or every BB would just take IGF and not GH. I know there's the whole spot reduction of fat where it's injected and all, but there has to be more than that.

I told my buddy that he ought to take it with some gear, but he couldn't right now because of drug tests.

Oh, and i don't even have a source for either, but imagine i could find one. I was just wondering about all this and whether i should start digging.

Insulin is more of an afterthought. I'm seriously interested in GH and I just figure that while i do it i ought to take some slin with it.

That may be why many take IGF/hGH (more so IGF now than hGH) with slin because IGF increases sensitivity to insulin, even so much that some diabetics have been able to decrease their insulin injections. That's why I've experienced a bit of hypo when I'm on IGF and don't take in enough carbs. (hGH is eventually broken down into IGF, so you get the same results but on a slower scale.)

Has anyone--or anyone you know--tried IGF and slin for the reason of increased insulin sensitivity?

If so, doses? And to what effect?

Also, should slin be run with AAS? I know some use it as a bridge, so i was just wondering.
