No Energy

Lately I feel like hell. I work out six times a week but lately i have been hitting the wall hard during my lifts and when im not in class or working, im sleeping. I can't figure out what the deal is. Any ideas?
 
whats your workout regime look like? If you are training cardio everyday and lifting then yeah your definately training too much.....either of the two at 6 days a week is too much for ya bro........you build when your resting.......and yes a week of from the gym is not a bad thing.....alot of pros swear by a week off.....I will do it periodically
 
I have team workouts which mainly consist of olympic lifts squats, cleans, bench, etc those are four required lifts a week, so taking a week off might be hard to do, although spring break is comin up in a few weeks. The other two lifting sessions are hitting things we dont get to during team workouts, more definition lifts. Cardio ive cut back on, well let me rephrase that ive been to lazy to do any the past two weeks.
 
Sounds like the tell tale sign of overtraining to me. To many days of lifting and not enough rest to rebuild

How much sleep are you getting bro?

With that much training, you should be getting 9 - 10 hours per night. Any less and your body can't recover properly. Also, are you sleeping regularly? Always going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time. That's huge for keeping your body energized too.
