ethly ether creatine

i tried to do a search on this subject before posting this message, but to no avail. anyway, i was wondering if anyone has had any positive results from the ether ethyl creatines that are on the market. i read somewhere that they are bullshit, and i wanted to see if anyone has made legitimate gains or noticable improvements since taking it.

jay, i dont think you are off by saying that, but according to some reports its supposed to be more effective than normal creatine. this is just what i read, and i like to do research before i try anything.

well, Ive read a few articles that state that it is superior to regular creatine. Ed Byrd says that you have to discontinue reg creatine use when using arginine or NO2. States that if using esther can continue taking it. dont know if this helps.

Bro, I took BSN Nitrix and ALCRI Cr2 which is Creatine Ethyl Ester. When taken together, they gave me some pretty good pumps. I also believe I like the Creatine Ethyl Ester more than just creatine monohydrate because to me it seems like it worked better. I noticed more size and strength while I was on them. None of this stuff is going to show amazing results, but it seems like it did a little for me. Hope this helps you should definately give it a try!
