mass diet - what are the best foods?

omlets are always good i the morning. Chicken fish beef if it has protein in it eat it!

Yams, Beef, Chicken, Brown Rice, Potatoes, Tuna, Salmon, Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Oatmeal, its basicall quantity. You still dont want to eat like crap.

If your body can handle it replace all drinks with 2% milk. This should be good for about a pound gained every other day. Lots of red meat, pork, chicken, fish. Personally, I like to stay away from anything thats not loaded with proteins because it takes up too much room. The more sleep during bulking the better.

No in fact whey would be a bad choice if you wanted to put on mass. Casien protein shakes with a variety of oils, eg(EV olive, flax, fish, hemp, ect) . you will get down serious calories and protein easily!... and youll be hungry an Hr later to take down even more food!! ... Of course always hae a healthy variety of meats and veggies and grain, in fact only eat 1-2 shakes a day or 1 shake n between every meal if your a "hard gainer".

Italy...well get your pasta and all that olive oil in it...lol sphagetti and meat balls.. fettucini alfredo...angle hair pasta...you get it now..lol basically what has been said in this thread should keep you massed..

I was unaware that you could not get
Yams, Beef, Chicken, Brown Rice, Potatoes, Tuna, Salmon, Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Oatmeal
in Italy. LOL!

Seriously, you should be able to find the beef, chicken, tuna, salmon, eggs, cheese in general, and oatmeal (just get some raw oats) without any problem. Just eat a lot. I love to make pasta with meatballs from a family recipe from my Nana Arnone (who is from Sicily, btw)--makes my mouth water just thinking about it--'scuse me while I go make some....

eat your pasta just load it up way more than normal with meat, fish, chicken shellfish whatever. Just watch your portion sizes of pasta, you can easliy over do it with pasta......whole wheat pasta would be the best choice too.

lots of protein....complex carbs...and healthy fats. (EFA's)

Keep the refined carbs and saturated fats down to keep in a relatively lean state.
