alright, as you know Its time for my shic soon (prop,tren,var IGF)and I'm tryint to get my diet set up and stuck to a few wks in advance. Goal is more lean mass than a cutter, however, some bf reduction is desired. I figure that that can be accomplished thru the IGF and cardio, without really putting my self in that much of a calorie deficit. Here's my stats now 5' 8'' 191 at 12-13%bf.

1) what should daily calorie intake be? I was guessing in the 2500 range, with 1260 of that coming from pro (315g to start)?
2) Also, do you guys feel it is better to eat meals alternating between pro/carb and then pro/fat or is it better to have them balanced say 50-30-20 (pro carbs fat) ?
3) Also, what about meal before bed. I usually eat about 1-2 before I sleep. Should this one be pro-fat or should I have some carbs in there since the only carbs I had post workout was 30 grams in a shake?

Your maintaining Kcal is more like 2800. This is me but since your looking to "lean bulk". You def wanna keep it prot-fat or prot-carb dont mix the 2 together. I would incorporate a a carb cutoff like ShowThem said and the reasonis simple. Your body naturally slows down during the day towards the evening so i would kill the carbs around 5PM when your body begins to wind down. You most def want to have a before bed meal and NO carbs in this only healthy fats and protein that wont break down quick SO NO SHAKES. I usually do the hemp oil, chicken or salmon and cottage cheese. Yes i know this doesnt sound appealing but i dont eat b/c i enjoy it. Also, you want to be getting your 40 grams of fiber a day with all meals except PWO and preworkout. Drink serious amounts of water around the 2 gallons a day amount. For your protein i would stick to 2 grams per lb of bodywieght and the this is b/c your body breaks down BCAA's for fuel and if your always replenshing them you should have no problems.

I gotta run but i'll write more. Basically ask what IP eats (unless he is actually following driections) and do the complete opposite, LOL.
