Monday: Moderate Walk With Steep Incline (Treadmill)
Tuesday: Steady Erg (Rower) For 30 Minutes
Wednesday: Spin Bike Class
Thursday: Jog On The Treadmill 45 Minutes
Friday: Intervals on Treadmill 30 Minutes
Mixing it up will keep everything interesting and your body will get incredible overall conditioning and become more effective at burning fat and calories.
Make yourself up a regular weight lifting routine. Maybe 4 days a week to start. Post up what you usually do for weights right now and we can help you out with that.
Your diet is going to be very important. Stay away from sugars, fast food and pop. Drink lots of water, eat lots of chickens, fish and lean meats. Increase your vegetable intake for good healthy carbs, vitamins and fibre.
I tell everyone this. Don't think that you will make huge changes over a couple months. This will take years because it is a lifestyle. Stick with it and you will reach all your goals and get the results you want.
