Drink lots of water

This is a public service anouncement: Drink at least a gallon to 1 1/2 gallons of water ed. You body will thank you. lol.

We often forget about the importance of water. You will lose more bf, have more energy, and build more muscle if you're drinking lots of water each day.
 
Not being sarcastic, but an honest question I've alw ays wondered about. Whats the differance bettween pure water and drinks that are say 95% water? Because I never drink water and I'm always told I should. I just never researched it.
 
I'm still learning how to type like a nice person. Its so much easier in a face to face. I don't have good water here in the country and I hate to pay for those bottles.
 
get an RO system in your house it will clean your bad country water. it gives you easy access which is key to eating or drinking a lot of anything everyday.
 
Water is definitely life most essential nutrient...I live by it and will die by it...good things happen when you drink water...

Basically, you need liquids.

Fruit juice and soda are high in surgar and calories, and are seen as a prime cause of the increase in obesity in the US. But if you are trying to bulk, that isn't all that bad - though you can do much better than soda.

So, you may be better off with just water, but if you drink gatorade, skim milk, etc. that is fine. Soda and most fruit juices only if you can take the extra surgar (I try to avoid most of those highly sugared things - not only do they provide empty calories, my blood sugar level crashes an hour later if I drink too much).

I drink between a gallon and a gallon and a half - but I really hate getting up at 2 a.m. to pee.
 
Oh yeah, I forgot about soda. I've replaced my water intake with soda (mostly Dr. Pepper and Sprite and on occasion I like Root Beer), then gatoraide and orange juice. Well not really orange juice, but Sunny Delight rather.
 
2 Gallons a day is a must, if your a woman you can sut in half so IP you ony have to drink 1 gallon, lol

I thought I better do the math for you since we know math is not your strong suit, lol

Yeah, i had written a thread bout water but i think it was deleted by mistake so i'l rewrite it for every1 to read again and hopefully some new ppl to.

And IP your not nearly half the woman you used to be be, lol
 
I really do think milk is an awsome bulker. Since my body can stand it well I'm tempted to go on a 2 gallon a day cycle for a few weeks just to see what happens.
