Acne On Cycle - Grr.

Nothing major at all........

Just noticed a tiny bit of acne on my chest today. I've NEVER had any before on my chest in my whole life so I know it's from the cycle.

Just wanted to complain a little before bed

Yeah agreed, bumping IP, shower helps alot...I have some too..But i make sure i scrub it well with a cleansing agent.....good luck bro..
 
LOL, I shower!

I use Spectrogel and some other cleanser. I don't know if it's working or not but it's only a mild case anyhow. Nothing major ;)

Just thought it was funny because I've never had it on my chest before and I looked in the mirror after my shower the other day and was like wtf?! When did that happen?
 
Rub down with isopropyl alcohol (especially after a shower) or tan some more.
 
I have to clean my face, kneck and head w/ rubbing alcohol, pretty much everything I shave, otherwise I break out...
 
i used accutane and it cleared everything i had up after about 2 months. inter.pharma. has some if you cannot get it through a dermatologist
 
Is there any scientific evidence that a shower will actully help acne? If so, I'd like to see some. You crazy guys and your theories...
