Injection Learning....

You know, I've been around a while and have done many injects. Just to show you that we're all still learning I've realized now that you dont need to try and hit the exact same spot when the next rotation comes around.

Here is what I was thinking. I always rotate, no question about it. But when say quads would come aroun the next week or so, I'd try to hit the same exact spot I hit the week before. I was thinking, "Hey, I didn't get a nerve or a vein here last time, might as well try this spot again."

What I've finally come to realize, you have a great surface area that you can hit (especially quads).

I hit my right quad this morning, probably about 2 inches lower that where I always hit it before. Damn, once again, like a hot knife through butter. No pops and the liquid when in whith ease (half a gram of enanthate through a 25g).

after doing site injects i too have realized how much room you have for injections. I move up and down my bi's and tri's and like jay said there is tons of room on your thighs. In fact we should all try and mix up where we inject in the muscle.Many of us do a ton of injects and this mthod would prevent scar tissue better than hitting the same spot each time

Lucky you.... I have a hell of a time getting the damn needle to break the surface of the skin on my quads?? I do directly on top of the quad about a hand length down from my hip and i have to really push hard to get it to break through the skin... Not liking quds to much... didnt hurt but just odd feeling going inside...

Yeah i just started doin chest and i must say thats my new favorite place. I would like to start hitting lats to in the near future.

Profits, if you'll stab the surface and not push through it you'll find it alot easier. You'll only be landing about a 1/4 of an inch deep, then push the rest of the way. Sounds like it might hurt more but it actually hurts alot less.

Also guys, I'm not 100% sure on this one because we never gave that many injections in the hospital to one animal but I'd say always try to go to a different area.

Someone needs to add the site with all the injection sites. I remember a site with 3 step pictures of all different injections sites. WHERE IS IT?
