So this asshole whom i want name names gets his order and it was short one 9$ bottle of caffien and he threatens me with this email below, and this was the first he mentioned this to me and his first mail to me was a threat, I want everyone to read this, and I know he is out there reading this and again I wont mention names but i want everyone to give me their opinion on this guy, cause i know he will read it and i hope he feels like a real dick head now. Mind you this was the very first email he sent me after getting his order today and he threatens me,lmao, so everyone let me know and let this asshole know what we think of him, and what he doesnt know is I would have sent him 2 free caffien or some other free shit with his missing caffien for fucking free, anyone who has done business with our compnay knows our custmer service is second to none, sure shit gets fucked up sometimes but the bottom line is we always make good on it and then some by doing extra things we dont have to do!!! Fucking Idiot

Man, wow!! i can't believe it, MC has the best customer service ever, i have always got my order, and i know the last time i order, it was delayed and i was given credit towards my next order, all i asked was if my order was shipped and if not it's been so and so days and i was just wondering, soon enough i got an e-mail and everything was workedout and i was told that they had system failure, and that's understandable, no body is perfect, we are all human and shit do happen...So presser don't worry about that idiot, he missed out on better things in my opinion....
 
i think it was a stupid thing to do on his part...send him some shit too.LOL

Presser, as a successful business owner for 9 years and business graduate, I would reccomend you not handle this in public. Your always going to be dealing with different mindsets of people and a few won't be pleasent no matter how you operate. Personally I've had cases that would make yours sound like a walk in the park. Also having extensive sales training I've learned that some people only know how to express their dissatisfaction in negitive, non-constructive ways. I don't agree with your customer, but my advise to you would be to kill this thread as it can only cause your company more harm than good. I know your pissed but trust me on this one.

well, presser didn't name any names, so maybe this guy will see this thread...and know that he went about things in the wrong way. This isn't walmart...and things like this shouldn't be demanded in such a manner unless the co. involved isn't willing to rectify the situation.

Hey bro ur right to a point, but I have also been at this for 6 yrs now and I got what I wanted out of the situation, an apology and other customers to step it up and let this guy know we aim to please, and no names were mentioned it was simply a ghost thread as far as who wrote me, so its ok as far as im concerned but i apreciate ur input bro
