capsule size for dnp

whats up guys just need to know if i need size 0 or 00 capsules to make dnp thanks

it depends on the amount of dnp you wanna make....i used the 00 size capsules to make some milk thistle caps.....they usually held about 500mg/capsule.....i dont really know much about dnp, but you probably would want a smaller size capsule for that....so go with the "0" size capsule

use the 00 size caps and be sure to cut the DNP to make each cap approx 200mg since most information on the boards is equated to incriments of that dose.

you can use 0 capsules and then pack them with DNP, which comes wetted to avoid combustion problems, it is flammable by the way, so manufactures use water to wet it down some. It will be like slightly damp talcum powder in consistancy, with some large pieces that will crumble upon pressure (like a latex gloved hand). You can then pack this powder into a capsule by just taking a capsule apart and pushing the larger half through the powder and up against the wall of the container. Now put on the second half of the capsule. You can then put the whole capsule into a size 00 capsule and then you are assured no leakage, since the moisture from the DNP can cause the capsule to get a little gooey over time. This is avoided when placing a capsule inside a capsule. You could use dry DNP, but this is so messy! You dosages have to increased slightly to compensate for the moisture weight. Dry DNP will go everywhere, and will stain anything it comes in contact with. Wetted DNP works great, you just have to use slightly more. No mess, no fuss, burns fat like a match.

what kind of capsules are these? are they mae from Plant Cellulose? or are there other kinds, ive only seen the plant cellulose caps
