My diet has become unmanagable, so what about shakes?

What do you think about someone going on an all shake diet? Here's what I was thinking:

Shake #1 (6:00am) - 60 grams protein, olive oil (water)
Cardio
Shake #2 (9:00am) - 75 grams w/ banana and oats (skim milk)

Shake #3 (12:00pm) - 60 grams w/ olive oil (water)

Shake #4 (3:00pm) - 75 grams w/ banana (skim milk)
Workout
Shake #5 (6:00pm) - 75 grams w/ banana, raisins and baked potato thrown in (skim milk)

Shake #6 (9:00pm) - 75 grams just water in this shake (no fat, no carbs)

Notice I am carbing up post cardio and post workout.

Can this work.

Lastly, I will have grilled skinless chicken on hand in case I just really need food (brought with me throughout the day).

yeah i have heard of guys doing this, but you have to remember that you are going to be missing out on some vitamins and other important nutrients. I would suggest an MRP 1 or 2x a day and a multi vitamin. I eat a lot of shakes too wooly, it does make it easier on ya

when i take in a lot of shakes throughout the day i feel too bloated...not to mention i get a horrible case of diarrhea. i have been reading iabadman's thread at promuscle to phil and they have gotten onto the topic of liquid aa's from beef, chicken and broccoli. all he ate in preperation for the USA's and night of champions was liquid aa's from beef, chicken, broccoli and something else. he said 1g of liquid beef aa was far better for him than 5g whey, and he's not promoting any specific product so i dont think he's just plugging a sponsor. pm me if you want the link brotha'

i also remember QueenofDamned saying her diet was just shakes...she was big for a chica.LOL
