Qv is good stuff for the price I would go with 20-40 ED depends on what you ar trying to accomplish, experience with var, and what else you are running with it
yeah I've used it quite a few times, my best results came when I went with around 60 mgs ed, I know that seems like a lot, but I just wasn't seeing much results with the 30-40 mg range, I also think a lot has to do with your body type and size
