what do you find ammonia does for you when lifting, i saw your post in the assesment thread and was wondering. how does it benefit you lifts. i took a huge wiff of this shit when i didnt know what it was and i jumped ten feet high. just curious bro.
 
Sorry about being late, just found this. I put a little in my shirt near my neck area. Right before you go to hit a heavy lift sniff your shirt and it will CLEAR your mind. It really does work just don't sniff it so hard it aggrivates your eyes. You can find it in a little 2 oz. bottle that will fit in a pocket. Just put the bottle against your shirt and turn it for about 1/2 second. One dose to the shirt will be good for around 20 minutes.

I was wondering why no-one responded to that post, its an old power lifting trick!

it goes beyonfd power lifting OP it is a trick that lots of thletes use. It also triggers teh auto response system in our brains . Some ppl think it aslo has a short stimulus on the production of adrenalin. Swimmers have done it for a long time as well as fulll contact sprots playeres. Boxers manager snap a capsule to awaken their fighter fomr a daze and also to :"clear their"mind
 
It works well, so is it safe? I'm guessing it is since its a household cleaner. Haven't seen it around for a long time in the gym. Was thinking of going back to it because I can get distracted easy. But I don't want to burn all my receptors out.
