Can only inject once a day...when?

I really don't have the privacy to be shooting 3 or even 2x a day. If I were to only do one injection (IGF-1), when would be the most advantageous time to do so? I was thinking post-workout....but have heard to do it in the early morning....what do you guys think?

i tend to hit the gym in the early am so i do mine post work out in the am. IGF has a tendancy to make one a little lethargic but i always increase my carb intake so that i have mroe burning capability when on igf. I also notice that after early morning workouts i tend to have a better drive through out the remainder of the day so the lethargy doesn't really effect me like that.

I do morning shots myself. I don't really seem to get lethargic from IGF, so that isn't an issue for me, but I have also tried 30 minutes before a workout--pumped so hard it almost hurt. I've stuck with morning and upped my carbs--works for me.

WEll, I hit it right after the gym. 30mcg in each muscle worked (right then left) and don't bother with am inj. I makes more sense to me that way. The compound is not that stable once injected, think the half life is like 12 hrs. So since you will start the majority of your repair after you workout, I would want it in getting into my system at that time, there fore its there to aid repair when the compound is in full swing. With am injections if you don not work out till later then almost 1/2 of the compound is destroyed by the time it is needed most. Well at least that my personally take on it.

That was my exact logic for doing it postworkout. Did my first injection today in the calves in the AM when I got up ~915. Didn't feel lethargic at all or whatnot....well, not anymore than I usually feel during the morning....

use mine post workout as well for the same reasons as stated before, might as well get the full effect. thought about starting to take am and post workout shots though.

actually, skeletal muscle igf-ir receptors aren't upregulated by exercise at all. you might get slightly greater synergy from the increased slin sensitivity, but it actually might be counterproductive because igf-i can also bond to the insulin receptor. that'd take away from the amount working at the igf-i receptor. i really don't know.

edit: now that i think about it, shooting a while after a workout might increase the amount of igf-i that is spliced into MGF, so maybe there is a benefit to post-w/o shots after all.

I agree with that. How long after a workout would it still be beneficial then? I exercise in the evening--finish at 8:00 p.m. I eat dinner and go to bed. About 8:00 a.m. after breakfast is when I take the IGF. Is that too long after? I would think that since I'm in 'repair mode,' the IGF would still be more spliced into MGF even if was not as much as directly after.
