For those that think... Why would they come after me?... Im just buying 10 pellets for personal use.
Well think about this... Cops can pull you over for not having a seat belt. They do have the right to search your car...
I believe same will apply to fina. It just gives cops the right to raid your house- why? cause you live in the city, and you dont have any cows.... I dont know if your lawyer can get you out of having fina pellets cause they are legal, but the fact that your have a stash of, test, deca, winny... and various other controlled substances puts you in jail with mr. crack addict. p.s. they know the fake plumming trick....
Whats hard for most people to realize (untill they've been in the court system) Is that our (US) courts dont give a shit about anything other than making money... It dosent matter that you joe shmoe and took your seat belt off to get your burger at the local drive through... Your going to pay a fee... and if you didnt have your insurance with you, your paying another fee, and just passed... If your stupid enough not to have a copy of your insurance in your vehicle, you get to pay a "neglect fee".... which is 150 dollars every year... for (5)? years.... Or how about if you just had a freaking beer, and now the alcohol limit is .0001... guess what- your f-ed.
So end of story, dont think that its a stupid reason to search your house... Is not stupid, they find anything to bring you to court... its worth it... Why not? They get paid anyway(by the state)... and when your fixing your door cause some ass put his foot through it, its going to cost a lot more in lawyers and leagal fees rather than just fixing door yourself.....
and you mother f-ing feds that are reading this... I hope you burn in hell cause your nothing but whores, worse than the crack addict down the street, you- and our judges have destroyed our country.
