so i started working/interning at a local health club and i see this guy who used to workout at the golds i worked at. he and his workout partner Ollie McClay(sp?) used to train this group of 8-10 people every day at 2:00 sharp. i always got in there at about 1:30 so i saw a lot of them. Ollie was the most genetically gifted guy i have ever met, he played in the nfl for a few years (i dont know how many). he's black, about 5'9 or 5'10, 230's with VERY low bf%. he would pose every week and looked about 3 weeks out every day of the week. he had just over 20" arms as well. i watched this dude do 35 sets for chest, 35 for back (all rows), 30 for bi's and 30 for tris. they always did alternate sets of leg extensions and leg press, then hammy curls. 30 sets for each andno calf work. the most amazing thing is he ate ONE bbing meal day. it consisted of 10oz of steak med rare, 2 baked potatoes, water and cornbread (like big country huhLOL). everything else was junk. back when i knew him he would tell NO ONE his age. he looked about 40-45. low and behold at this new gym i'm at i see greg, his old training buddy. i asked him what ollie was up to these days and we get to talking, it turns out ollie was sitting in his car, reading a paper at some park and a cop ran his plates because she thought it looked suspicious. she obviously found out his nae, age ect and knew greg used to workout with some bigass dude named ollie. so she tells greg how old ollie is and he tells me...ollie is turning 72 next month. at the time i knew him he was 69-71 and throwing around 150lb db's on incline for 15-18 reps with flawless form and big and cut as hell. fucking unbelieveable! i tried to find a pic of him somewhere on the internet but couldn't.
