Center pic was around 2001-2002
Right pic was around 2003
I was about 5'11" and somewhere around 195 I guess.
In the first pic I was 195 but a tub of goo.
Funny how training makes a difference.
There was a time between the left pic and the center pic that I was at 175. Figured I had to diet down before building up.
After a few injuries I am getting back to it. Will post some pics in a few months after I get the hernia fixed and make it back 100% in the gym
