I started my diet two weeks ago tomorrow and i started at 6'01" 231lbs with around 20-21%BF. I weighed this morning and i weigh 206lbs. Ive lost 25lbs in just about two weeks. That seems to be quite a bit in that lil time. My diet and work out plan consist of the same thing for two weeks and then i change it up. Ive been eating every 2 1/2 hours of egg whites, oatmeal, protein powder w/water, lean steak, potatoes, rice, and chicken(no carbs past 3). The only cardio i do is stair stepping 4x's a wk at 20min. I work out 5on 2off and then just repeat. Im gettin 2-10cc bottles of Deca 300 and EQ200 and 2-20cc bottles of Prop tomorrow. I was thinking of taking it like this 600mgDeca 300 a wk, 400EQ, and 100mg Prop EOD. My BF% is around 17-18% now. What do you think about my cycle and diet for leaning out?
