As many are aware zinc will raise natural test levels. I was experimenting with this and raised my intake to 500mgs/ed. This is about 10x the reccomended daily. A lot of sources on-line say to take about 300mgs/ed for results. Anyway I felt alot of different things as time went on. Huge increase in eating, slight aggression, muscle cramps and bones / joints acked. By yesterday morning, about day 7, my bones and muscles were not feeling very good at all. I also had some blood in my stool (may or may not be related). I didn't dose yesterday or today and I'm almost back to normal. Although I haven't researched exactly why, I'm almost certain it was the zinc causing these sides. Anyway just wanted to drop readers a note that too much zinc may not be too good for you.
