No you dont have to have an account but it cost nothing to set up and you can use it for future needs. There is an option to use paypal but if you do not have it it is ok...
yes simply click "NO YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT' you can then easily order inputing ur credit card inforamtion and billing addy no problem, so anyone can order without having a paypal account as MdTNT said
